The Bainbridge Cos. has broken ground on Bainbridge Midlothian, a 310-unit luxury multifamily community in Midlothian, Va. Delivery is expected in the summer of 2024.

Bainbridge Midlothian will encompass one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging between 700 and 1,560 square feet. The community will offer high-end amenities and interior finishes, such as a fitness center, a swimming pool, work-from-home spaces, a clubhouse and a resident lounge, grilling stations, a fire pit and walking trails. The pet-friendly Class A property will also feature a pet spa and a dog park.

Bainbridge Midlothian is located at 12400 Dutton Road, near Route 60, which provides direct access to downtown Richmond, Va. There are multiple retail centers, entertainment venues and dining options in the property’s proximity. Green areas such as Midlothian Mines Park and Huguenot Park are within a 3-mile radius from the site, while Johnston-Willis Hospital is within 2.3 miles.
