Hauled right from the seas of Maine, the lobsters are immediately brought to a facility in Saco Maine, where they are cooked simply and modestly. Our lobster rolls are then prepared according to tradition. With no bells, no whistles, and no pretention. We serve them with only the basics: Lemon, Butter, and Mayo. Maybe a little celery. Nothing extra to distract you. Just enough to seduce you.
