Bluebird College and Career Consulting offers a full suite of college planning services to guide families through the complex college admissions process, as well as career advisory and coaching services for college students looking to secure internships and full-time roles.
Starting as early as 9th grade, our comprehensive consulting and career coaching services are designed to grow with you, supporting students and their families every step of the way. Bluebird builds supportive, lasting relationships with our clients, extending well beyond college acceptance.
We help students confidently tackle the college admissions process with end to end services including: major/career assessments, academic and standardized test planning, extracurricular and resume support, college list building, essay development, application management, financial aid and scholarship support, and post offer evaluation to help make the final decision.
Once students go to college, we help them strategically prepare for impactful internships that build real-world experience and successfully land a full-time job upon graduation. We begin by providing them with a strategic four year roadmap for career planning activities throughout college so they start off on the right foot as soon as they get on campus their freshman year without feeling intimidated that first time they visit the career center. Our services while students are in college include career assessments, building a professional resume and online profile, informational interviewing and networking skills (it is easier than students think!), job search strategies, helping students differentiate themselves from others through having ready to go elevator pitches, professional email and recruiter, career fair, and hiring manager interactions and etiquette, behavioral, case and job fit interview preparation and after the good news comes, offer management!
