The use of heat in yoga was originally inspired by efforts to mimic the warm, humid climates of India and Japan, where yoga and similar mind-body practices first evolved. Practicing in a heated room offers unique physical and mental benefits: deeper, safer stretching; enhanced mobility; improved cardiovascular health; detoxification through sweating; and greater focus, clarity, and stress relief.
Each of our classes is thoughtfully designed with a therapeutic structure at its core. We move the body through intelligently sequenced postures, starting with simple movements and progressing to more complex ones.
