Crushr Central Virginia is a mobile compacting service for the large open top dumpsters. Crushr's goal is to keep our customers happy by bringing immediate savings to their hauling costs, along with being able to focus on going green. By utilizing Crushr's services, our landfills will have more space (crushed debris takes up less space!) and cutting down on the carbon emissions that all those trucks put out. We are a customer focused company that aims to keep hospitality in the waste management business!

We will be in construction for the next 6-8 months so we cant set an opening date yet.  We will publish meus, event space availability and capacity and details of the wine club as we move towards opening.

A major component of the business is a wine club where members both get dining discount benefits as well as discounted (and early) access to the wines we will be producing.

I am hoping to run wine tasting events locally from late September to October (again around the target open date) of purchased wines within the catalogie of wines I will be producing and selling.

I anticipate employing around 20 staff (mostly part time, 2-3 full time), the most challenging positions I expect to be Kitchen Manager / Chef (a good senior kitchen manager or a mid level chef since the menus will mostly be provided from the corporate kitchen) - although up to 30% localization is possible as well as tailoring menus to clientele and events. Probably open to start hiring 60 days prior to opening.
